Just Arrived: Professional Orblue Pizza Dough Docker

Disclaimer: I received this item for free or at a reduced price in exchange for my honest, unbiased review. All opinions are my own.

The Orblue Pizza Dough Docker makes it simple – and easy – to create a professional, non-blistering, consistently evenly rising pizza crust right in your own kitchen. The Orblue dough docker is made from sturdy, high-impact plastic. This means it’s built to provide a lifetime of use.

In professional pizza places, a  dough docker is a common item that is rolled across the center areas of the pizza to prevent dough-blistering. The edges of the dough are not rolled so they can rise and create the edging of the pizza we are all familiar with.

The way the dough docker works is it puts tiny holes in the pizza crust which in turn keep it from continuing to rise and this is how they get perfectly flat pizzas. I loved how easy it rolled across my homemade pizza crust – and it worked. My crust came out better than ever and I was finally able to get a pizza crust that looked like I had bought it.

My husband – who worked a number of years in a professional pizza place was very familiar with this item and tried it first. He said it worked great. Check out the video.
