Working on a craft mat is really nice. It keeps the surface below clean, not to mention makes cleaning up a breeze. Small bits of glitter, fabric or paper are easy to dump into the trash after you are done. You don’t have to worry about glue, paint or other similar items getting onto your furniture or floors surface. However, not all craft mats are created equal. Some are quite thin – often thinner than paper. Others have a slick surface. Depending on what you are doing with the craft mat. thin or slick mats may be ok – however I prefer a larger, thicker craft mat that is not slick. The Craft Mat By Ultra PRO meets my needs.

The overall dimensions of the #UltraProPDMS is 23-3/4″ x 13-1/2″. The craft mat is packaged in a reusable clear tube that is ideal for storing posters up to 15″ in length, artwork or documents. The fabric surface is washable making for easy clean-up and reminds me of the type of material a mouse pad is made from. The Craft Mat by Ultra PRO has a rubber backing that prevents shifting during use which is very nice and allows mat to lay flat. The mat itself is acid and PVC free. It is made in the USA.

I have used my mat quite a bit since receiving it. It is far superior to other craft mats that I own. I love the colors, pictures and quotes on this craft mat. It helps to keep my creativity flowing. I do think my favorite features though are the thickness and slip resistance. If you craft a lot, check out the Craft Mat By Ultra PRO. I am sure you will be pleased with the quality and size of this craft mat. Be sure to enter the contest below for your chance to win a free Craft Mat By Ultra PRO.
