Perfect Portions Diet Results

Sharing is caring!

The Perfect Portions Diet Results are real – and I know because I gave it a try.

I never thought I would go on a diet.

I never planned to go on a diet.

Yes, I knew I was slightly overweight but still – I was ok with that.

Then I saw a specialist who mentioned that I might need to go on diabetic pills to help me loose weight.

Now I had just been told a few weeks prior that I might need to loose some weight so I did not become diabetic.

Then I saw the OB-GYN who said if I did not lose weight I was going to be diabetic because my pancreas made too much insulin.

1200 Calories A Day Isn’t Much

She suggested 1,000 to 1,200 calories per day.

She said I would lose weight. Now I had been on an 1800 calorie limit before when I was first told I was borderline diabetic and boy did I feel like I was starving.

That did not last more than a week or two so I never thought I would make it 21 days – but I did.

Of course, losing weight – even with the Perfection Portions diet – is not just about diet changes – exercise, drinking plenty of water and sore muscles are also part of the deal.

How I First Learned About The Perfect Portions Diet Results

The Perfect Portions containers caught my eye in a review group.

I signed up to review them but was not chosen – so I found a set at our local Wal-Mart and I bought them – for full price.

When I first looked at the containers I thought there is no way that tiny amount of food is going to satisfy me.

However I was wrong!

In fact what I found out was I was not eating enough food.

Now why I was gaining weight, I have no idea, but using the containers I was full every night – and eating a better balanced diet.

I also found an app called the 21 Day Fix on the iTunes store that worked with the containers I bought, so that is what I used during my diet.

Use The App And Take Measurements

If you are using the app like I did the first step is to download it and measure yourself.

Be sure to have someone help you with this as it makes it a lot easier to get accurate measurements.

The picture above is what my measurements were before I started.

Choose How Many Calories You Plan To Eat

The next step is to choose how many calories per day you intend to eat.

I chose to go with the 1,200 to 1,499 calorie diet, which is the lowest they offer.

Each day I was to eat 3 cups of vegetables, 4 cups of fruit, 1 1/2 cups of proteins, 2 Tablespoons of seeds and dressings, 1/2 cup of carbs and 1/3 cup of healthy fats.

They give you a list of what foods are in each group – so, for example for my healthy fats, I chose cheese.

I found that by eating a wider variety of foods each day I was more satisfied.

I tried to eat 3 different vegetables each day and 4 different fruits to give more variety to my diet.

It worked.

Don’t Expect To Lose A Massive Amount Of Weight

At the end of the 21 days I did not lose a massive amount of weight – nor a lot of inches – but I did lose some.

Now I gave up almost all sugary drinks during this time too and drank a lot of water or fruit infused water.

My favorite was lemon and cayenne pepper water.

I made my own so I knew there was nothing else in it but lemon, cayenne pepper and water.

I also walked, jumped rope or used my elliptical every day and aimed for 10,000 steps per day – and somedays I made it, some days I did not.

My Perfect Portions Diet Results

At the end of the 21 days I lost 4.8 pounds and 5.5 inches.

The photo above is the end results.

Now there is an option to start over, do a 3 day quick fix or go with a more extreme diet.

I am considering starting over with the 21 day diet again as I need to lose about 26 more pounds.

I am happy with my results however because they are visible enough that I believe the doctors will see I am starting down the path of losing weight and thus I will be able to avoid diabetic medicine.

That was my goal.

No matter what your goal is, I encourage to check out the Perfect Portions Diet if you wish to loose weight.

This is my own opinion and I did not receive any compensation for talking about this product.
