The Wolf Eyes Cosmetic Contact Lenses is the second pair of cosmetic contact lenses I have tried from Spooky Eyes. There are differences – such as the length of time they are good for. My first pair, the Aqua Blue Daisy Cosmetic Contact Lens are a lot less noticeable in my eyes since they are naturally blue – and they last longer. The Wolf Eyes Cosmetic Contact Lenses are good for 90 days from the day you open them. There is also an expiration date on the package itself but this date is the shelf life. That is nice because if I wanted to buy several pairs now I could and not use them until I was ready. Each pair of contact lenses on the Spooky Eyes site actually has a unopened duration date and a life span date right in the specifications section along with a lot of other helpful information such as the size, type of lens and water content.
I have received a lot of questions about these contact lenses on social media especially after people saw the Wolf Eyes Cosmetic Contact Lenses, so let me answer some of those here. First of all, these are non-prescription. I do wear glasses and have worn glasses with these cosmetic contacts in. I actually think they are slightly more comfortable than my prescription contact lenses. These cosmetic contact lenses are ideal for photo shoots, parties or just wearing for fun. I like wearing mine just to be different. The lenses from Spooky Eyes do come in pairs and come with a complete set of contact care instructions. They do not come with the contact case or the solution although you can buy that from Spooky Eyes and they also do sell all-in-one sets with everything you need included. I only received the contacts because I prefer to buy my own case so it is what I want and a contact care solution that I like.
Spooky Eyes is based in the UK and they specialize in crazy, natural and Halloween cosmetic contact lenses. In fact, they stock over 500 designs and the prices are amazing low. I love how the lenses they sent enhanced the look of my eyes. They really did change the color of my eyes. I would love to try some of the ones with writing on them, the party colors and the sparkly ones too! I am telling you if you have ever thought of changing your eye color or just want to add that extra “wow” factor to your eyes natural color, check Spooky Eyes out – but before you wear them, I suggest you get a contact lens exam so an eye care professional can teach you how to take them in and out of your eyes plus how to care for them.
