Disclaimer: I received this product for free from Healing Solutions in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

I love the smell of lavender. I grow it and I distill some of my own oil. I was excited to try Healing Solutions Kashmir Grade Lavender Essential Oil because I do not distill enough lavender essential oil for my own use, thus I must buy some. Finding a good quality essential oil isn’t always easy. Some brands claim to be 100% pure and high quality yet the smell is more like a perfume than a true lavender essential oil. The moment I opened the bottle of Kashmir Lavender Essential Oil from Healing Solutions I knew I had found a high quality oil I would be proud to use in my crafting and in my home. You see I refresh my dried lavender with essential oil. I also use drops of lavender essential oil in the dryer when I dry my bed clothes and lately I’ve been sprinkling a drop or two around the bedroom to help me relax.

The lavender aroma lingers in the bathroom when I add a few drops to my bath water – which I love. Many essential oils quickly evaporate as soon as they come into contact with the hot water instead of floating on top and slowly dispersing. I have found this product makes me relax and even slightly sleepy when I sniff it directly from the bottle. This is not surprising to me at all. Lavender is often used in relaxation and even in a number of scented products intended to be used in the bedroom at night to help promote sleep.

Healing Solutions Kashmir Grade Lavender Essential Oil is steam distilled using Lavendula angustifolia flowers of the lavender instead of the stems and leaves. Kashmir Grade Lavender Oil is a rare grade of lavender oil distilled from lavender plants located in the Himalayas. The smell is sweeter smell than lavender from other regions. As with any essential oil you want to exercise caution when you use them because of the concentration. A single drop contains a lot of fragrance. This particular brand is not intended for internal use.
