Try making it with homemade pesto made with fresh basil, garden fresh arugula and sun ripened tomatoes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 4 slices Nature’s Own Life Whole Grain Sugar Free Bread
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup lightly packed baby arugula
  • 4 slices tomato

Instructions

  1. Spread pesto on 2 slices of bread.
  2. Arrange arugula, prosciutto and tomato evenly over pesto; top with remaining bread.
