I’m truly loving my new Himalayan salt block. Just laying a piece of meat on it adds flavor and tenderizes the meat at the same time. How easy is that?

There is no need to add additional salt to your food when you cook it if you pre-season your meat using this method. The meat is not overly salty and best of all, the meat absorbs some of the minerals in the salt block. Check out this video and see how easy it is to pre-season your meat with a salt block.
