This is a great bow to start with but there are some additional accessories you need to buy - such as the arrows and the arrow tips. It does not come with nock points. It does require some assembly and you do need to adjust the sights once they are on the bow but that is pretty standard. In all honestly we will upgrade the sights as it just wasn't quite what we wanted. They do work however and we did not break any arrows.

This is a good bow to get started with if you want something that is a little easier to draw back. The draw weight is 55lbs. The draw length is 29 inches. It does have an aluminum riser. It is lightweight, weighing right around 4 pounds.

Be aware this is a weapon, not a toy. Once everything was adjusted it was easy to hit the bullseye.
