DisneySide @Home Celebration Blogger Toolkit

Sharing is caring!

Disclaimer: I am working with Disney Parks and MomSelect. I received free products in order to host the Disney Side @Home Celebration. The opinions expressed here are my own.

Being chosen to receive the DisneySide Blogger Toolkit was not something I expected to happen.

Talk about being surprised – that was my initial reaction when I received the email that I was one of the lucky bloggers who would get to host an official DisneySide @Home Celebration.

Then I was just overjoyed and of course, nervous!

I called everyone I knew to let them know – and that is when the questions began.

DisneySide Blogger Toolkit Finally Arrives

I received a very nice blogger toolkit filled with lots of goodies to use for the DisneySide @Home Celebration.

I think the kids – and adults – who attend are going to be very happy.

I have decided to work with another blogger on the party to maximize the number of kids who attend.

We are still working on the exact date – but in the meantime, let me share the goodies that came in the blogger toolkit with you.

This is what the UPS man dropped off at my door.

Thanks to the bright blue Show Your Disney Side sticker I knew right away my long awaited package had arrived.

Now mind you I had been tracking it on the UPS app, but it had not updated to show the package had been delivered at the point that I opened the door.

The box was heavy – 24 pounds to be exact – and awkward – so I drug it into the house the best I could, laid it down, grabbed the scissors (affiliate link) and began cutting through the tape that held the box flaps in place.

I was now very anxious to see what was inside the mystery box.

My Gift For Hosting The [email protected] Celebration

The first item was American Tourister Luggage (affiliate link).

I received the Skate bag.

This was my gift for hosting a Disney Side Celebration – and the official luggage of Walt Disney World Resort.

The piece of luggage I received – as you can see – was red and black – perfect Mickey and Minnie Mouse colors.

I opened the suitcase – which was stuffed full of items to inspire my magical DisneySide @Home Celebration.

The first thing I noticed was the Disney napkins, cups, plates, tablecloth and banner (affiliate link).

The magic continued as I sorted through the goodies.

There were Disney tattoos (affiliate link) and stickers (affiliate link), Disney cupcake wrappers (affiliate link), Craisins Dried Cranberries (affiliate link), coupons, measuring cups and recipe cards from ABC’s The Chew (affiliate link).

But the magic didn’t end there.

There were Disney cookie cutters (affiliate link) that I can’t wait to try out.

Face painting charts – all I have to do is pick up the make-up part of the kit.

Games For The DisneySide Blogger Toolkit

There were games too – Disney Bingo (affiliate link) and trivia.

What fun that is going to be for the kids and adults alike at the party!

There were double-sided cheer cards as well – and these would work great as party placemats or wall hangings for the kids rooms at their homes.

To really customize the cheer cards, there were HP photo card packs (affiliate link) included in the kit.

The photo card packs are meant to be used to create customized party pictures that the party attendants can send to their friends and family or add to the cheer cards to create custom pictures.

Party Favors For The DisneySide @Home Celebration

There were large envelopes for the kids to take all their party goodies home in.

They came complete with a Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse laminated photo.

There was also an iPhone 5 case for the Disney Story App – which I downloaded and made a video with right away.

The last thing I looked at was the hostess kit envelope.

There were Muppet Calendars inside to hand out at the party, instructions on hosting a DisneySide @Home Celebration, a Disney Vacation Planning DVD to play at the party and The Chew’s recipe cards.

Now for the unveiling of the box videos I made.

This first one was made using the Disney Story App – which is very easy to use and super cool!

Family And Kids

It is important for parents and caregivers to learn the right ways to have quality conversations with children.
