Orange-Cranberry Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Orange-Cranberry Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients and marinate a bone-in chicken or turkey in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours before cooking.
