  • 1 pound White Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (optional)

  1. Preheat the Anova Sous Vide Cooker to 181.4 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Place the potatoes in the Sous Vide bag.
  4. Place the olive oil and spices into the Sous Vide bag.
  5. Shake to mix everything up.
  6. Once the water has reached the correct temperature, place the Sous Vide bag of potatoes into the water. Use something heavy like a glass pan to hold the bag of potatoes under water.
  7. Cook for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the potatoes from the bag and pat dry.
  9. Place the potatoes into a cast iron skillet on medium heat and cook just long enough to brown the potatoes.
  10. Serve immediately.

Feel free to adjust the spices to suit your personal taste.
