Cinnamon Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Cups Goat Milk*
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cane Sugar (affiliate link)
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Dark Cocoa Powder (affiliate link)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon (affiliate link)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place all the ingredients in your ice cream maker and follow the instructions provided by the ice cream maker manufacturer on how to use.
  2. Alternatively place all the ingredients except the heavy whipping cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in the heavy whipping cream until well combined.
  4. Pour into a freezer (affiliate link) safe bowl and freeze until the ice cream is solid.


* If you do not have access to goat milk, you can use any type of milk that you wish.
