Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons non-fat dry milk powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons butter powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/3 to 1/4 cup cheddar cheese powder*
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients to make 1 package of sauce mix in a small zippered bag or mylar bag.
- Place an oxygen absorber in the bag.
- Fold the bag over to remove as much air as possible and seal it if you are using a plastic bag. If you are using a mylar bag, seal it as normal.
- Set the bag aside to put in the same container as the powdered milk and dehydrated potatoes.
Notes
*The amount of cheese depends on your personal preference. I use 1/4 cup.
