Instant Pot Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Instructions

  1. Put the butter in the Instant Pot.
  2. Turn the Instant Pot to sautee.  Butter melting in the Instant Pot.
  3. Melt the butter.
  4. Cut the pork tenderloin in half.
  5. Place the pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot.
  6. Brown both sides.  The pork tenderloin cut in half and being browned in the Instant Pot.
  7. Add the lemon juice and the worcestershire sauce to the Instant Pot and deglaze the pan.  The seasonings and gravy mix on top of the pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot.
  8. Sprinkle the rosemary, thyme, salt, lemon pepper and chicken gravy mix on top of the pork tenderloin.
  9. Pour the water over the top of the pork tenderloin.
  10. Replace the lid.
  11. Make sure it is sealed and the vent is closed.  Fifteen minutes on the Instant Pot Timer.
  12. Select the meat button and set it to 15 minutes.  The Instant Pot timer set to 35 minutes.
  13. When the fifteen minutes is up, reset the timer for the meat button to 35 minutes.
  14. When it is done, allow the pressure to release naturally.  The cooked lemon pepper pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot.
  15. Remove the meat and place it on a platter.
  16. Drizzle some of the sauce over the top, slice and serve with a little more sauce.
