Instructions

  1. Turn the Instant Pot on and set it to sauté.  Butter melting in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Cut the pork tenderloin in half.  The pork tenderloin being browned in the Instant Pot.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin in the bottom of the Instant Pot and brown it on both sides.  The spices on top of the pork tenderloin.
  5. Sprinkle the spices on top of the pork tenderloin.  Water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  6. Pour the lemon juice and soy sauce into the bottom of the Instant Pot and move the pork tenderloin around a little bit to make sure it is not stuck to the bottom of the pot.  Gravy on top of the pork tenderloin.
  7. Pour the gravy on top of the pork tenderloin.
  8. Place the Instant Pot lid on and make sure is sealed.
  9. Make sure the vent is closed.
  10. Select the meat button and set the timer to 15 minutes.
  11. When the timer goes off, select the meat button again and set the timer to 35 minutes.
  12. Allow the pressure to release naturally.  The cooked pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot.
  13. Remove the meat and place it on a platter, then drizzle some gravy over the top of the meat.
  14. Slice and serve immediately.
