Instructions

  1. Turn the Instant Pot to sauté.
  2. Brown the roast in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  3. Turn the Instant Pot off.
  4. Remove the roast.
  5. Add the water to the bottom of the Instant Pot and deglaze the pot.
  6. Place a rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the roast on top of it.
  7. Sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce on top of the roast.
  8. Add the carrots and potatoes.
  9. Sprinkle the spices on top of the roast and vegetables.
  10. Place the lid back on the Instant Pot and secure.
  11. Cook 45 minutes on high pressure.
  12. Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure.
  13. Remove the food from the Instant Pot and place it on a serving tray.
  14. Enjoy!
