medium apples, sliced into thin slices. Peeling is optional

water

c unsweetened apple juice
1/4

Agar Agar
Sea Vegetable Flakes
2 tbsp
Agar Agar
Sea Vegetable Flakes
pinch salt

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Bring all ingredients except the salt to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for just under 3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a jello mold or dish. Refrigerate until firm. This will take about an hour.
Once the dessert is firm, cut into squares or unmold, slice and serve.
