Ozeri Green Earth Wok Review 4K

Sheri Ann Richerson from ExperimentalHomesteader.com talks about the Ozeri Green Earth Wok she received for review. This is the 3rd Green Earth Pan I have bought from Ozeri - and I love it. It really is non-stick - but you have to read and follow the instructions that come with the pan. First off make sure you use peanut oil, coconut oil or another similar oil to season the pan before you use it. Be sure to wash your pan immediately after use and dry it. Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils in it. Metal ones will scratch it up and remove the non-stick coating no matter how careful you think you are being. I love the size and depth of this wok. I am now able to make enough stir-fry in one pan to feed my entire family and have a little left over for lunches or snacks. It is super lightweight compared to my old wok and very easy to handle. You do not need to use high heat with this pan - nor is it recommended to do so. Too high of a heat setting will caramelize the oil and thus you will end up with a sticky pan. I really love that it is eco-friendly and 100% PTFE and PFOA free. I am very pleased with this pan and have recommended the Green Earth pans to many of my friends and family. This wok would make a great gift item and with proper care will give you years of enjoyment with a non-stick finish that won't peel off!
