Herb Roasted Cast Iron Red Potatoes Recipe

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the red potatoes.
  2. Place the cut up red potatoes in a cast iron skillet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the red potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, pepper and herbs over the top of the potatoes.
  5. Do not stir the potatoes to mix everything up!
  6. Place the cast iron skillet on the lower rack of the oven.
  7. Turn the oven on and set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Once the oven is preheated, set the timer to 25 minutes.
  9. When the timer goes off, remove the cast iron skillet from the oven and stir the potatoes.
  10. Return the cast iron skillet to the lower rack of the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes.
  11. When the timer goes off, remove the skillet from the oven and serve immediately.
