Medicinal Astrology is one of the oldest medical traditions in our Western culture. Certain herbs resonate with the energetic and health patterns identified in each astrological sign. The three signs that are the foundation of your horoscope are the sun or life-force, the moon or personality, and the rising or physical body. Using herbs medicinally, you can choose to support any or all of these properties.

This book will take you though all the signs of the zodiac, identifying specific herbs that will resonate with each astrological sign.

What is it about an old town with a history of pirates and rumrunners behind it that makes it a perfect place for spirits to dwell? The Florida Keys, especially Key West, has long been a favorite stopping place for the young and old alike as well as a hideaway for the famous and not so famous. Some of these visitors are ghosts, or so the stories go.

For some reason I am unable to change the name of the show, so it is under my name Sheri Ann Richerson. The topics of the show, however, will be related to homesteading. You can view the upcoming topics on the event calendar on the side of the front page, http://www.experimentalhomesteader.com, as well as the date and time the show will air. I will archive the show as well, so if you miss it, you can listen later.

The first show Getting Started With Chickens airs on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 4:00PM Eastern.

One of the easiest animals to start raising on the homestead is chickens. In this episode we will explore the advantages of raising chickens, problems that can arise from raising chickens and how to keep your chickens healthy.

The number to call into the show and speak live on air is (626) 657-2120.

A legend as we all know is something from the past that is told over and over again. Sometimes these stories are verifiable through newspaper clippings or other similar sources and sometimes not.
Naturally some legends are better than others. Some of these legends are verifiable at least in part and some are truly fiction. The determining factor in whether or not an urban legend stays around has to do with how believable it is. It also is determined in part by how many people know the story and continue to spread it.
